CREAMY CARROT SOUP

4 large Carrots
1/2 sweet Onion
2 large Garlic cloves
2 stalks Celery
1 cup Spinach
1 teaspoon Sea Salt (optional)
1 tablespoon Cumin
1 Avocado pitted & peeled
3 cups PurifiedWater to adjust thickness

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Use just enough water to make soup of
desired consistency. Use Organic where possible.

ORANGE AMBROSIA

Oranges peeled and cut into chunks
Raisins
Shredded Coconut
Flaked raw Almonds
Honey to taste

Adjust amount of ingredients to number of people being served. Mix all ingredients together and allow
them to marinate for a few hours before serving. For best flavor, kept in refrigerator for days. Improves
flavor.

EVERYDAY JUICE

5 # Carrots
1 small Beet w/Greens
2 large Kale or Collard Greens
2 stalks Celery
2 Apples

Prepare ingredients and juice. Serves 6
I drink this all day long.

SESAME COOKIES

A fabulous way to use all leftover Sesame pulp from making Sesame Milk
5 cups Sesame Pulp
2 cups Raisins
3 Tbl raw Honey
Juice of 1 Orange

Blend Raisins and Orange juice in food processor until mixture is finely pureed. Add to a bowl with the
Sesame Seed pulp. Add Honey and mix thoroughly. Spread the mixture on dehydrator sheets and using
a spatula cut into squares. Sprinkle w/Poppy Seeds and set in the dehydrator at 100*. Dehydrate 12-15
hours until dry. Makes 15-20 cookies. I can’t keep enough of these on hand. My great grandchildren
like these better than Oreo’s.
