CASHEW CREAM CHEESE

1 cup Cashews soaked
1 cup Water
2 Tbls Herbs of choice
2 Tbls fresh Dill
Soak Cashews i water overnight. Pour 1/2 of the water into blender and slowly add Cashews. Season
with Herbs. Chill for a few hours to thicken. Serves 5-8
